Fitness & Pregnancy

Working Out for 2 is an all inclusive, comprehensive exercise program for pregnant women utilizing both land and water exercise.

Each exercise option has it’s own unique benefits by themselves, we believe a well rounded and comprehensive program is better for you and your baby.

It’s an approach to fitness, mind, body, balance and education – all in one.

Pregnancy Classes Offered

Strength and Cardio in Women's Wellness.

  9:45 – 10:30 am
Aquatic Exercise in the main pool.

 

 

5:30 – 6:15 pm
Mind, Body, Baby (Prenatal Yoga) in Classroom B, Wellness Center.
 
5:45 - 6:15 pm
Pregnancy focused exercise and relaxation in Personal Training Office.
 

   
6:15 – 7 pm
Aquatic Exercise in the main pool.
 
 6:15 – 7 pm
Aquatic Exercise in the main pool.
   

Classes are included with membership and punch cards can be purchased for non members.
