| Step/Strength Training Classes: Our step classes combine athletic and/or dance based aerobic moves using an adjustable step platform for diverse levels of intensity. A.S.A.P.: All Step and Pump incorporates ½ step and ½ Pump to make one great workout. Combine your cardio and strength training all in one class! Power Muscle Step: Power up your heart rate with this interval step class combining fun step moves with challenging muscle sets using a variety of equipment. Youll be challenged physically through movements that improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as mentally through the use of step choreography. Total Body Conditioning: This high-powered workout adds dance aerobic moves off the step in addition to step and muscle interval sets. This class will motivate you beginning to end and you will wonder where the time went! Strength Training Classes: i-Cycling: An indoor, inspiring and invigorating workout on Keiser M3 bikes. Our bikes feature computers which enable the rider to stay motivated by watching their cadence, watts, heart rates and distrance. PUMP: Promotes Unlimited Muscular Potential! One of our most popular formats, this class is an effective way to improve muscular strength, function, endurance, and shape. A simple, easy to follow, yet demanding class that works every major muscle part. Youll use weighted bars, dumbbells, a bench, stability ball, and a BOSU to develop and strengthen your upper and lower body. POWER PUMP: A PUMP workout that consists of high rep, low weight strength training with athletic (meaning NO choreography) interval bursts. Adds a cardio component to the popular PUMP format making it twice as fun! Dance-Inspired Classes KDanze: Feel like youre a back-up dancer for a pop singer in this class! Youll have fun aerobic jazz dancing to the sounds of the latest music. This class also encorporates muscle strengthening moves set to music. Zumba: Move your hips and increase your heart rate in this fun dance-inspired class with a salsa flair! Youll have so much fun you wont believe its exercise! Instructional dance: We offer instructional classes on a variety of ball-room type dances including Swing, Tango, Waltz, etc. on a periodic basis. Sign-up is required. Specialty Classes Kickboxing: No experience or equipment we provide it! Develop new skills while discovering strength and ATTITUDE! An intense cardio workout with controlled jabs, punches, kicks, blocks, and boxing drills led in easy to follow combinations. Everyone leaves class feeling like they had a lot of fun, not to mention a great workout! Express Classes: Are you crunched for time? We have express classes designed for you! Express step features 30 min. of heart pumping cardio step. Express PUMP squeezes 60 minute class in half the time. Working Out for Two: A class specifically designed for pregnant exercisers, appropriate anytime during your pregnancy. Involves low-impact cardio, strength training, yoga, and pregnancy-specific exercises. The last part of class involves relaxation exercises taught by a certified RN child-birth educator. Prime Time Fitness: A multi-level class which offers a variety of functional exercises including cardiovascular training, strength, and balance.
